Our client, a global company, is seeking a Compliance Officer to support their compliance activities.
Missions
Conduct third-party due diligence and ongoing compliance monitoring of suppliers and service providers
Cover areas including business ethics, anti-corruption, ESG/CSR, human rights, financial and reputational risks, as well as international sanctions and embargoes
Perform third-party compliance screening and risk assessments
Monitor existing partners and prospects
Manage corrective action plans when risks are identified
Ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct
