Key Responsibilities Regulatory and LFMC Oversight
- Serve as Metabit’s designated compliance function head under MAS licensing requirements.
- Lead the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, monitoring, and training programs.
- Act as the MAS liaison, managing inspections, filings, and regulatory correspondence.
- Review and approve new activities, products, and markets from a regulatory and compliance perspective.
Trading and Market Conduct Surveillance
- Design and operate trading surveillance systems to detect market abuse, spoofing, front-running, and MNPI risks across the firm’s global strategies.
- Administer personal account dealing and MNPI control frameworks for Singapore-based and remote-access staff.
- Partner with risk and trading teams on pre- and post-trade monitoring and control enhancements.
