Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary Ensure the fund management company operates in compliance with MAS regulations, fund-specific guidelines, and internal policies while supporting client onboarding and operational excellence. Responsibilities Ensure compliance of fund management operations with MAS regulations, fund-specific guidelines, and internal policies to mitigate regulatory risks Monitor and review fund operations, investment activities, and reporting procedures to maintain regulatory adherence and operational integrity Support relationship managers by facilitating client onboarding, managing accounts, and delivering investor servicing to enhance client satisfaction Liaise with regulators on regulatory requirements and compliance filing Manage and update the firm's compliance policies and framework Work with other teams on KYC/AML review on investors, CRS/FATCA filing Keep track of new regulatory development and provide updates to the firm Identify any potential compliance iss...
