About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Project Lead. This role is responsible for leading daily project operations, including hands‑on coding review, coordination with billing, coding, and compliance teams, and interaction with providers as needed. The individual oversees the audit team, ensures alignment with organizational workflows, and has authority to make routine audit and operational decisions independently, enabling efficient, real‑time progress without delays. You will be supported by senior leadership for quality assurance, governance, and escalation of complex issues. The Compliance Project Lead ensures seamless execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and accountability for delivering high‑quality, timely audit outcomes.
