Job Summary

The AccountingComplianceSpecialistwill oversee and take responsibilitythat reports, documentsubmissions,other external attestations,internalpoliciesand proceduresminimizecompliance risks with regards toexternal stakeholderrules/regulations(Government, Suppliers and Customers, etc.)As someone in a senior role, the employee mustbe able towork with, and guideaccounting analystsand associatesto ensure the division’s duties are carried out while mentoring junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee that regulatory requirements and compliance are met for the Company as a whole (Bureau of Internal Revenue,Local Government Units, Securities and Exchange Commission, and otherexternal stakeholders) and byRevenue Stream/Sales divisions(e.g.BIR Branch requirements and MallOperationsRequirementsfor Retail,Tax clearances for Distribution and Corporate salesdivisions)
