Compounder

. Clean and wash utility production containers
. Support to general maintenance (cleaning) of warehouse and production areas
. Disposal of any empty containers and trash material and any scrap i.e. broken pallets
. Obtain a new pipette and sample vials
. Process selected order by printing QC and finished goods labels
. Sample contents and affix labels as needed
. Ability to learn other duties such as pumping and crushing of drums
. Weigh, label and pack products according to manufacturing orders
. Ensure accuracy during dispensing and weighing. (Knowledge of raw materials will have an effect on quality)
. Verify manufactured quantity against packaging quantity
. Move products to designated áreas
. Report any equipment malfunction
. Compounding & mixing any formulas as required and assigned
. According to specifications, performs the dispensing and/or weighting of raw materials for manufacturing orders of compounding fragrances as required
