To conduct a comprehensive Building Condition Audit (excluding fire alarm, firefighting, CBS, and voice evacuation systems) in line with the latest RERA requirements, with the primary objective to:

• Identify all building defects and deficiencies
• Establish a clear, measurable, and execution‑ready snag list
• Enable HOAM to proceed with rectification works strictly based on the audit findings

1. Technical Inspection & Assessment

Carry out a detailed inspection of all accessible common areas, systems, and components, including but not limited to:

• HVAC systems
• Plumbing and drainage systems
• Electrical systems
• Elevators and vertical transportation
