Computer Numerical Control Programmer (Lead)

Job description: Evaluate actual demonstrated hours for FA jobs and prepare weekly performance reports with improvement recommendations for the Production Manager. Guide and train CNC programmers to achieve organizational targets in On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality, and Cost. Assign daily tasks to CNC programmers to support production delivery dates. Conduct testing and evaluation of new tools Prepare M-order and routings for fixtures or texting machining profile
monthly. Review new drawing/ FA part and source the right tooling together with programming team before production start Review customer drawings during the routing stage to identify errors or clarify technical requirements before job commencement. Perform detailed investigations on any machining defects and reply to CAR for programming issues. Resolve production issues and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
