Summary This position is located in Crater Lake National Park. The Concessions Management Specialist is a key member of the park's administrative team, overseeing the diverse portfolio of concession and commercial use operations that support visitor services at Crater Lake National Park. The specialist applies the full legal and policy framework for NPS commercial services to monitor daily operations, advise concessioners on requirements, and ensure ethical, compliant business practices. Responsibilities At the full performance level (GS-11) the major duties of this Concession Management Specialist position include, but are not limited to the following: Commercial services planning; preparing and updating contracts, operating plans, and prospectuses; and evaluating proposals for new or renewed visitor-service opportunities.
