Concessions Manager - INTRUST Bank Arena

SUMMARY:

Position is responsible for managing the concessions operations of the arena facility. Manages food preparation and service operation for multiple concessions and portables. Responsible for inventory control with an emphasis on production needs. Manages staff, hiring, scheduling and training. Provides premium services and backstage catering at Capitol Federal Amphitheater.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Supervise concessions employees in the preparation and service of food and refreshments, as well as clean-up.
+ Assists in the training of concessions employees engaged in preparing and cooking food to ensure high quality, efficient and profitable food service.
+ Create a positive customer experience and maintain a pleasant attitude when working with staff and customers.
+ Works with Warehouse Manager to purchase concessions product, according to anticipated demand and familiarity with public taste in food and beverages.
