SUMMARY of Duties 

The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, provide community support ( answer questions) for residents, families and visitors, answering a multi-line telephone and providing clerical support to the administrative staff. Position requires discretion, confidentially and the ability to multi-task while remaining positive and calm.
