Are you passionate about customer service and interested in an exciting opportunity? Unicare is looking for a Concierge to join the Dispensary Support Department. This role will be based in the 24HR Pharmacy in Bellville, Cape Town.
Job Objectives
- To assist and direct customers to the correct queue for prescription or over-the-counter (OTC) medication.
- To assist customers with opening customer profiles, linking their Clicks ClubCard, and updating customer information when required.
- To manage the handout counter by removing buzzers and ensuring there is always a pharmacist available to sign out medication.
