This role focuses on commercial concrete flatwork for small to mid-sized buildings in the Kansas City metro area. You will perform high-quality concrete finishing and concrete carpentry, helping ensure projects are completed efficiently, profitably, and to a professional standard from day one.
**Responsibilities**
+ Review project details thoroughly, including the budgeted labor hours allocated for each task, and plan work accordingly.
+ Maximize project profitability by completing tasks efficiently, diligently, and with strong attention to detail.
+ Install, repair, and erect fixtures made of wood to support concrete work and related structures.
+ Smooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete to meet commercial quality standards.
