Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum trade qualification with at least 5 years proven experience in supervising reinforced concrete works on civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Reinforced concrete structures
• Formwork and shuttering
• Reinforcement fixing
• Concrete placing, vibration, finishing, and curing
• Concrete quality control and cube testing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and bending schedules
• Experience supervising labourers and subcontractors on site
• Sound understanding of construction health and safety requirements related to concrete works

• Valve chambers
• Thrust blocks
• Foundations
• Slabs
