Concrete Pump and RMX Plant Operative

Tor Multimix is seeking a reliable and skilled Concrete Line Pump Operator to join our growing team based in Glastonbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and cleaning concrete pumping equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient placement of concrete across a variety of customer sites.
The role requires a proactive, flexible individual who can also support batching plant operations and be available when the pump is not allocated to jobs.


Key Responsibilities
Concrete Pump Operations
Operate the concrete line pump safely and efficiently in line with company procedures and site requirements

Set up, assemble, and dismantle pipelines, hoses, and pumping systems on-site

Pump concrete accurately to specified locations, ensuring quality and consistency of placement

Monitor pumping operations and identify blockages or issues during pours
