**Job Description**

This role involves working on new construction job sites with a primary focus on residential projects and occasional small commercial work. You will support new builds through finish carpentry and concrete tasks, working with hand and power tools and helping to prepare job sites. You will work alongside experienced team members, with the opportunity to grow into broader carpentry and concrete responsibilities over time.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform carpentry tasks on new construction residential projects and small commercial jobs, including finish carpentry work.
+ Assist with concrete-related tasks on new build projects as directed by a lead team members.
+ Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete daily tasks.
