**CBM Engineer / Analyst | Performance and Reliability**
The **Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) Analyst** supports the reliability and performance of our power generation fleet by implementing and managing predictive maintenance technologies. This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing equipment condition data, identifying emerging issues, and recommending maintenance actions to prevent failures and optimize asset performance. The CBM Analyst will also help support installation, configuration, and maintain our InsightCM online condition monitoring systems across multiple sites.
