As a CBRE Condominium Manager, you will support the Asset Manager to coordinate all aspects of a portfolio. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Confirm that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards. Conduct regular inspections of all common areas, equipment, public walkways and external faÃade. Recommend and approve alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning. Respond to escalated resident's needs, ensuring that issues get resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Create and maintaining good rapport with residents and council members.
