Conference and Banqueting porter

We are currently seeking to recruit a Full Time Conference & Banqueting Porter for our team at the Temple Gate Hotel, Ennis, Clare 

Primary responsibilities of this position include :

• To be responsible for the preparation and setting up of meeting rooms and functions.
• Delivering refreshments to the meeting rooms at the required times.
• Refreshing of meeting rooms.
• Liaising with the meeting and events manager to ensure a smooth service.
• Monitoring stock levels.
• Meeting and greeting our corporate clients.
• Uphold the highest level of standards throughout all events.

The ideal candidate for this position would need to be well organised, can manage time well, can work well independently and have some technical knowledge.
