Conference & Events Coordinator
We are now seeking a Conference & Events Coordinator to assist the sales and delivery of our event program across multiple venues within the hotel.
You don’t miss a single detail and multi-tasking is your middle name – from setting up spaces, responding to queries, managing dietary requirements and everything in between.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Manage conference and event enquiries, bookings, BEOs, and client communications
- Maintain accurate event records, contracts, accounts, invoicing, and reporting
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution
- Drive sales, prospect new business, maximise revenue, and secure repeat clients
- Handle site inspections, feedback, complaints, cancellations, and operational support professionally
