Conference & Banqueting Manager

SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be accountable for Guest Care and Service in all Conference & Banqueting areas, including P.J's and it's services. Working with the team to ensure that all sales opportunities are maximised; employees are developed in a structured manner; and the customers are offered the highest quality standards and value for money.
