The 4 Star Whites of Wexford are currently recruiting for a Conference & Events Executive to join our Sales & Marketing Team.
Key responsibilities of the Events Coordinator will include:
Maximising & driving the wedding, conference and events business of the hotel
Promotion and selling of the venue at every opportunity through client show-arounds, marketing events, co-ordinating the production of collateral and PR opportunities to achieve this
Dealing with clients in person or via telephone & email and responding to all requests in a professional & timely manner, endeavouring to convert every call into a sale whilst providing the highest level of service, integrity and creativity
The logging of all wedding/event enquiries
Sales & marketing office administration
Clarification of all details pertaining to an event in writing, well in advance of the event
