What you’ll be doing?

As a Conference Porter main responsibilities will include:

To be responsible for ensuring that meeting space is set up as per guest requirements and according to EHC conference standards

Ensure that meeting/function space is always clean and presentable

To meet and greet guests upon arrival

To service lunch and refreshments breaks on time and according to EHC standards

Clean out rooms at the end of functions and re-set rooms for next function

Ensure all equipment are kept in a safe and tidy condition

To direct guests to areas of the hotel

To ensure guests are helped at all times
