Constraints Analyst

As a Constraint Management Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring production targets and program timelines are achieved by proactively identifying, analyzing, and mitigating supply base constraints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution strategies, improve processes, and support operational excellence across the organization.

**What you'll do...**

+ Identify and analyze constraints impacting launch timelines, free demand, and current production plans.
+ Develop expertise in Scheduling, Analysis, and Controls (SAC) and related systems.
+ Partner with Vehicle Line teams, Plant personnel, Purchasing, PLM, PD, OpPlan, CVS analysts, FCSD, and others to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
+ Monitor and report performance through weekly metrics, tracking ICA/PCA identification and timing by vehicle line; analyzing trends to drive continuous improvement.
