The Construction and Contract Management (CCM) Practice Lead is responsible for leading the CCM Practice and its team in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a “best-in-class” Construction and Contract Management practice across Capital Construction.

This role assumes the CCM Practice Lead accountability previously fulfilled at the department manager level and provides day-to-day leadership, prioritization, and strategic direction for the CCM Practice team. The role leads a team of professionals and works collaboratively with Capital Construction leadership, Project Delivery, and other business units across BC Hydro to ensure consistent, effective application of CCM practices across the full project lifecycle.
