Construction Control Representative

Summary This position participates in design review conferences, reviews preliminary plans and specifications prior to advertisement for practicability, anticipated physical obstructions and other construction difficulties and availability of selected materials. Attends and participates in pre-bid conferences to orient and inform bidders as to features, requirements, and special conditions.
