**Job Title: General Laborer (Construction)**
**Job Description**
This role supports mechanical installation teams on a large hospital expansion project by providing hands-on assistance with material handling, basic assembly, and site upkeep. You work closely with experienced installers, contribute to safe and efficient project execution, and gain valuable exposure to sheet metal, HVAC, and ductwork installation in a commercial construction environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Move, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment around the job site in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Perform regular site clean-up, including debris removal and maintaining clear, organized work areas.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 0-1+ years of construction experience.
+ Current OSHA 10 certification or higher (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
