This role supports a highly automated, state-of-the-art volumetric modular construction facility by performing framing and general construction tasks using hand and power tools. You will help build top-quality, affordable housing in an indoor, permanent location while working closely with a collaborative team that embraces innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform framing and general construction tasks in an off-site volumetric modular factory environment.
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools safely and effectively to complete daily production activities.
+ Read and interpret tape measurements accurately down to 1/16 of an inch to ensure precise construction and assembly.
+ Follow established production processes, instructions, and strategies to maintain a stable production phase and high up-time of factory machinery.
