**Job Description**
The Construction Laborer supports the fabrication of precast concrete wall panels by performing a variety of general construction, carpentry, and concrete tasks under the direction of a crew leader. This role focuses on learning and applying core skills such as setting and stripping forms, handling reinforcing materials, and assisting with concrete placement and finishing while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work under the direct supervision of a crew leader to learn and perform core precast concrete skills, including setting up and oiling forms, laying mesh, tying reinforcing bars and steel, setting inserts, striking off, stripping forms, and cleaning up.
+ Construct, assemble, and strip forms and molds for precast concrete wall panels according to instructions and drawings.
