The Construction Manager (CM) is responsible for the overall construction execution and coordination of multiple concurrent DCC Cold Lake projects, operating within Bird’s organizational structure in the IOP and QRA Work Programs. This is a program‑level, project‑based role aligned with the Construction Manager responsibilities set below, adapted to oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously. The CM serves as the primary construction liaison between DCC and Bird’s Project Director, providing leadership, alignment, and consistency across all project teams.
