Construction Manager for Tank Maintenance

Lead major tank turnaround projects as a Construction Manager at VAROPreem. Ensure safety, quality, and timely execution while managing contractors and site operations.

In this field leadership role, you oversee construction activities and coordinate project execution at the BLX terminal. You will monitor schedules, manage costs, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations. With a hands-on approach, you will primarily be on-site, especially during critical turnaround phases, while reporting directly to the Tank Turnaround lead.

Key Responsibilities: • Act as onsite supervisor during all tank renovation phases • Manage daily project coordination and maintain safety compliance • Direct contractors and ensure adherence to work plans • Execute detailed quality checks on repairs and installations • Ensure compliance with technical and integrity standards
