Construction Manager

KDG Construction Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Construction Manager with experience supporting large-scale aviation infrastructure, passenger terminal modernization, and complex facility projects. This individual will serve as the owner's representative, managing and coordinating daily construction activities, monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring project compliance with plans, specifications, schedule, and budget requirements within an active airport environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with major capital programs and possess strong knowledge of construction management practices, multi-million dollar project sequencing, and public agency or aviation authority standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor all day-to-day on-site field construction activities to ensure operations follow approved work plans and area shutdown protocols.
