Job Title: Construction Manager Location: Burgersfort Job Type: 12 month contract, expected to work Full-Time hours (Onsite) Job Duties Construction Planning & Mobilization Support development and implementation of the Construction Execution Plan (CEP). Provide constructability input during design stages and feasibility reviews. Coordinate site establishment, logistics, and sequencing activities. Ensure alignment of early works with site readiness and HSE requirements. Participate in the Project Initiation Programme and Viability Assessments as required. Scope & Change Management Maintain the Construction Scope Baseline in alignment with design deliverables. Identify construction-related scope changes and assess their impact.
