Royal Ocean Marine is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager (Newbuild) to lead and manage new shipbuilding projects from inception through to delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all construction activities, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You will work closely with shipyards, designers, and internal teams to drive the successful execution of newbuild projects, maintaining safety and compliance throughout all phases.

• Coordinating the activities onsite to achieve project planning, quality goal and safe execution
