A well-capitalized, high-volume residential builder is hiring a Construction Manager to oversee 20+ new construction homes across Central and Eastern North Carolina. We specialize in infill development and small subdivisions and are scaling rapidly.
This role is for someone who understands production-style homebuilding, tight schedules, inspections, subcontractor management, and quality control - not one-off custom projects.
