Job Responsibilities
- Take charge of all types of construction subcontract projects, arrange daily work schedule and task allocation for site workers.
- Follow up project progress strictly, control construction cost and material wastage to finish projects on schedule and within budget.
- Manage workers’ daily attendance and relevant work permit administration, implement BCA & MOM site safety regulations and regular safety inspection.
- Communicate with main contractors and material suppliers to resolve on-site problems, site variation and delivery issues.
- Inspect construction quality regularly to ensure works follow construction drawings and project specifications.
- Minimum 3 years Singapore construction site working experience, proficient in manpower supervision and whole project management.
- Able to understand and read construction drawings skillfully.
