Construction Project Executive

PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE (OF THIS POSITION):

A Project Executive oversees the overall direction and success of projects at a strategic level, ensuring alignment with business goals, while supporting the project manager and key stakeholders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all project elements are aligned with the schedule.
• Monitor progress and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the work of contractors and sub-contractors.
• Ensure that all work is carried out according to design plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Support site managers with day-to-day problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date records of project timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
