Construction Project Manager for Interior Design Firm – Cape Town
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects, with a strong focus on quality, cost control, and site performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct construction projects from initiation through to completion
- Ensure project requirements, specifications, and timelines are achieved
- Monitor project costs in conjunction with quantity surveyors
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site staff, and construction teams
- Oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance on site
- Review and manage project programmes, site progress, drawings, and technical documentation
