Construction Project Manager (Full-Time, 40, Day Shift)

RESPONSIBILITIES

I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the design and construction management oversight of corporate facilities at The Queen’s Medical Center (QMC), as well as, supporting operations at The Queen’s Health Systems (QHS) in strict accordance with appropriate corporate standards, schedules and budgets that meet all requirements of the user groups.

II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Essential: finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking.
• Continuous: sitting, static gripping of an object for prolonged periods.
• Frequent: walking.
• Occasional: standing, stooping/bending, climbing stairs and ladders, walking on uneven ground, climbing over and crawling under construction obstructions, lifting and carrying usual weight of 1 pound up to 20 pounds, reaching above, at and below shoulder level, frequent gripping of an object.
• Operates computer, calculator, telephone, fax, printer and other business office machines.
