This hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage multiple construction projects, focusing on major MEP equipment, HVAC, and roof replacements. You will work closely with a project manager to gain valuable training and experience.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage the development of project scope, schedule, and approved budget while ensuring superior client service.
+ Oversee multiple projects in various phases, from project identification through to financial closeout.
+ Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
+ Conduct weekly meetings and document project-related issues.
