Opportunity Description
Mission
To manage and oversee all rail operations during the construction phase of the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP), ensuring safe and efficient implementation of the Permit-to-Work system, vehicle and work train operations, and tunnel activities. The role also includes preparing for a seamless transition of permit processes to Testing & Commissioning (T&C).

Permit-to-Work System
Define, implement, and train teams on the Permit-to-Work process.Coordinate with Access Control Office (ACO) for issuance and compliance.
Align permit rules with T&C requirements to avoid miscommunication.
Vehicle & Work Train Operations
Manage railhead movement using a permitting system.Optimize train operations to minimize downtime using efficient management tools.
