Construction Regional Operations Manager
About the Role
You'll own the full lifecycle of our fiber overbuild and in-unit retrofit projects across multi-family properties - from OSP backbone design and permitting through last-mile cabling and equipment turn-up. This is a hands-on field leadership role focused on hitting schedules, holding budgets, and delivering quality work. - Lead buried OSP fiber overbuild projects, including make-ready and conduit work to property boundaries.
- Oversee route surveys, permitting (municipal, utility, private ROW), pole attachments, and 811 coordination.
