Construction Site Superintendent

Phoenix Diversified Group, Inc. is looking for talented individuals, who manage their projects by anticipation rather than reaction, and who plan the work rather than letting it take its own course. We are looking for Site Superintendents who are willing to step up, initiate control, and take the extra steps necessary for a successful project completed on time with the highest quality standards. With this position there will be the need to travel and stay near the project site depending on the project type. Primarily projects will be in the five boroughs and the lower Hudson Valley, Westchester and Rockland areas of NY.

Projects vary from minor maintenance projects to additions and renovations in the financial and other commercial business sectors.
