Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations, proactively managing on‑site challenges.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, providing clear direction, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely completion of their work packages within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and rectify defects, maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budget and expenses, track costs, and identify areas for cost savings while maintaining quality and safety.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in construction principles and practices.
