Essential Functions:Oversees all construction project activities, coordinates with all construction trade supervisors and leaders to administer good construction safety practices while on-site.Ensures construction trades understand their scope and code requirements.Understands and ensures adherence to construction project plans, specifications, budget, and schedule.Creates phase and final project punch list.
