The firm engages primarily in complex, high-value disputes, and counts among its clients many industry leaders and sovereign States. THE ROLE The role will involve working closely with partners and other colleagues across the firm on high value, complex international arbitration cases - principally focused on infrastructure and major project disputes between parties located in multiple jurisdictions in the construction sector. Responsibilities will include: Working closely with team members to formulate case theory and strategy. Assuming a key role in drafting written submissions, including managing more junior members of the team in the process. Managing research and document review processes.
