.Background / Latar Belakang

Save the Children Indonesia (SCIDN) is currently undertaking a digital transformation initiative to strengthen its digital ecosystem, improve user experience, and support the long-term growth of communications and digital fundraising. 

SCIDN currently operates two main digital platforms with different systems and functions: the main website, , which serves as the organization’s communication and branding platform, and , which functions as the donation and fundraising platform, including membership features for Komunitas Pahlawan Anak (KPA).

Both platforms currently use different CMS and backend systems, including a legacy framework for the fundraising platform. As organizational needs continue to grow, this structure creates challenges in user experience, data integration, website management, scalability, and long-term system development.
