About the Role
We are looking for physicians to provide acute medical services within Northland; these are a combination of new and replacement roles.
Existing specialties include:
* General and Acute medicine * Rheumatology * Respiratory * Gastroenterology including a visiting hepatologist * Neurology * Cardiology * Infectious Disease * Endocrinology and diabetes * Healthcare of the elderly * Maternal Medicine * Oncology and Haematology * Renal medicineWe have several new facilities including a new Laboratory, endoscopy and cardiac catheter suite with the agreed funding for a new hospital which is currently in the planning stage.
