Opportunity Description

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be joining CIBC’s Enterprise Payments Technology (EPT) team. Your role will focus on the investigation and second‑level support of client and technical issues, system/web‑site outages, and questions from all internal and external applications. You will maintain production applications, prioritize and address issues to relevant CIBC technology groups and vendors, manage escalations, and modify established procedures to meet specific situations, including 24×7 support and coordination of recovery efforts.
