Required qualification:
Prior hands-on exposure to Aveva PI is required , even if at a junior or basic administrator/support level
Ability to perform basic PI support tasks directly , not just ticket coordination or administrative routing
General IT/OT support knowledge sufficient to provide basic support for Acronis and Adept; deep expertise in those systems is not required
Experience working in a ticket-driven support environment , including ownership of follow-up, coordination, and issue closure
Ability to assess routine technical issues, perform initial troubleshooting, and determine when escalation is appropriate
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple support items while maintaining follow-through and accountability
Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with users, technical teams, and external support providers
